Camille Joseph Kassar
Director
Camille ("Kim") Joseph Kassar began his practice of law in New Jersey in 1991, following an internship with the Honorable Roger Kahn. Kim was a partner with MLCO for 10 years prior to co-founding Lebowitz, Oleske, Connahan & Kassar and now, his own firm.
Over his 33 years as an attorney, Kim has appeared in every County court in New Jersey and has tried cases at the State and Federal level in both New Jersey and New York. In addition to appearing on multiple occasions before both the New Jersey Appellate Division and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Kim has had published opinions in both those jurisdictions.
Kim is a Civil Litigator and has represented the majority of the acute care hospitals in New Jersey and has recovered more than 50 million dollars for those facilities based upon alleged contractual violations of existing PPO and HMO contracts.
Kim also continues to handle Plaintiff's personal injury claims, insurance defense claims and Estate Planning for families. His consultation is always free and if Kim cannot handle the case, he will connect you with the right lawyer for the job.
Kim dedicates much of his practice to assist his clients with the Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Process and Debt Reorganization.
Kim's life is his family and his remarkable children. He enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and coaching a variety of sports in his hometown of Lincoln Park, New Jersey, where he now sits as the Judge for its Municipal Court.
